1.How do I order on SydneyTiffany.com?

Ordering on SydneyTiffany.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “add to shopping bag” button to place it in your Shopping bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.


2.What methods of payment do you accept?

There are currently three ways to pay. Most customers are used to accept online payment with credit card. If customers don’t have credit cards available, or need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend Western Union Money Transfer.
a. Online payment with credit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast and efficient.
b. Western Union Money Transfer. We can accept payment by West Union when you want to order large sums of jewels(usually 2,000 AUD above). Please go to http://www.westernunion.com/info/selectCountry.asp to find your agent and confirm you can pay by West Union, then contact us to get our receiptor information of West Union

3.Do you ship your jewelry and ornaments worldwide?

Yes, we will send your custom jewelry and ornaments worldwide by EMS, and it usually takes about one week to deliver after you have approved your custom jewelry and ornaments.


4.How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 days for delivery via Express Mail, but we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.


5.How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

The tracking number would be sent by email once the items have been shipped. No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, we only charge 9.99 AUD for shipping. The shipping of the items is online traceable.

6.What kind of currency do you accept?

At present, we accept AU Dollars.

7.Do these Tiffany & Co jewelry come with Tiffany & Co Packs?

All our items are stamped with "Tiffany & Co", and will come with Tiffany & Co gift packing including a blue box, a pouch, a silver care card and a gift hand bag. All our items will not be covered by tiffany stores warranty, that's why we can sell at such discounted prices, but the items could be cared by local jewelers at very low costs.


8.How can I make returns or exchanges?

9.Things are usually cheaper if they are bought in bulk. Are you ?

Yes , it’s sure! It will be cheaper if you are a bulk shopping or buy a lot of ornaments and jewelry and so on.


10.What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?

You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund.


11.How should I store my silver?

Silver should be kept absolutely dry. If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-proof cloth such as the flannel pouch provided with your SydneyTiffany silver or a silver storage box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products. The sulfur in rubber causes tarnishing and corrosion.
